At SouqSavings.com, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you find that a product does not match its description or if its quality is compromised, you are eligible to return or exchange it within 3 days of receipt.
Return Process

- Ensure the item is in the same condition as received unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- A nominal fee of 20 AED will be charged for processing and handling.
Accepted Returns
- Returns must be requested before sending back the item.
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions upon acceptance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, to address and resolve the issue.
European Union 3Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason, without justification.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
Shipping Information
- Shipments are sent from our warehouse within 2448 hours of order placement.
- Kitchen Tools is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to customer instructions.
Additional Information
- We do not cover customs charges for returns.
- We advise using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Returns after the 3 day window will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange Policy
