Shipping Policy for SouqSavings

Order Processing Time

All orders at SouqSavings are processed and shipped within 4-11 days. Once your order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking code. This code can be used to track your package and monitor its shipping duration. Please allow 6 to 8 hours for the shipping information to be updated.

Shipping Address Changes

Should you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email with your new shipping address. However, please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions and Customs Regulations

We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military Bike Boxes. For all international orders, be aware that they may be subject to taxes, particularly for high-value items. By purchasing from us, you agree to take responsibility for any such taxes upon the arrival of the products in your country.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit

If you believe your package has been lost or is missing in transit, please contact us via email. We will liaise with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Should your package be confirmed as lost or missing, we will either resend a new package at no cost or provide a full refund. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

SouqSavings accepts returns for change of mind, provided the request is made within 90 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. We will cover the return shipping cost. Upon receipt of the returned items, a full product refund will be processed.

Warranty Returns

SouqSavings offers a 90-day warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, but this will be refunded if the warranty claim is successful. Warranty claims will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned products, and a refund will be issued if the claim is valid.
